Terms of Service

By accessing and using PRIMITON services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

PRIMITON provides: • Software development services • Web application development • Manufacturing system solutions • Cloud infrastructure services • Technical consulting • Project management and support

As a client, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner • Pay invoices according to agreed terms • Respect intellectual property rights • Use our services lawfully and ethically

• Custom-developed software becomes client property upon full payment • Pre-existing tools and frameworks remain our property • We retain the right to use general knowledge and experience • Client data and confidential information remains client property

• Project costs are agreed upon before work begins • Payment schedules are defined in project agreements • Late payments may incur additional fees • Refunds are handled case-by-case basis • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We provide services "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and project details. We may use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes with client consent.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for completed work, and we will transfer deliverables as agreed.

These terms are governed by Slovenian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Slovenian courts.
